OLD AGE IS INEVITABLE
If anyone ever had the chance of seeing the legendary bodybuilder, successful actor, most celebrated sportsman and former governor of California, Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger, in his twenties and thirties, he or she would never think he could look like what he currently does. With all due respect, this doesn’t mean Mr. Schwarzenegger doesn’t look great anymore, but he is just a testament to the fact that even the best-looking bodies and most genetically gifted fitness icons can’t escape old age.
“It is a natural effect that opens your door without knocking.”
In this post, the CEO and Founder of Fit Mensa (30 years old) is standing opposite an older gym member (60 years old). It must be mentioned that this older man started the conversation that led to this picture being taken. And his reason for doing so was due to the inevitable old age. As they went deep into the one-sided chat filled with wise words, the old man made it clear to the CEO and Founder of Fit Mensa that he could see himself in him thirty years ago. Bear in mind that at this point, none of them had shared their age.
Our Youth Lifestyle Can Make Old Age Less Stressful
As the CEO of Fit Mensa thought deeper about what was going on, it was apparent to him that this older gym member had been a healthy, sporty and disciplined person in his youth and he could relate with the CEO. The old gym member was trying to communicate that he is still strong, fit, and able to visit the gym regularly because of the lifestyle he had as a young man. It was at this point that the CEO suggested that they should make a “digital souvenir” of the moment.
